Privacy Policy

Daily MVPs (“we”, “us”) provides sports prop-betting analytics at dailymvps.com and in our mobile apps. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who we share it with.
Information you give us

Account details. If you sign in, our authentication provider (Clerk) stores your email address and display name. We never see or store your password.

Saved parlays. Parlays are saved on your device. If you are signed in, they are also synced to our database so you can reach them from another device.

Arcade names and scores. Scores you submit to a mini-game leaderboard are public, along with whatever name you enter. Please don’t use your real name if you’d rather not.
Information collected automatically

Usage analytics. We use PostHog to record page views and two specific events: an ad being shown, and a sportsbook link being clicked. We use this to understand traffic and to reconcile what ad and affiliate partners report paying us.

Approximate location. We look up the US state associated with your IP address, via a third-party service, once per session. It is used solely to decide whether a sportsbook link should carry affiliate tracking. We cache the state — not your IP — on your device for 12 hours, and we do not store your IP address.

Device storage. We keep preferences and app state on your device: your theme, saved parlays, arcade high scores, an anonymous ID used for the leaderboards, the cached state above, and whether you’ve dismissed the help guide.

Push tokens (mobile only). If you enable notifications, we store a push token so we can tell you when a saved parlay settles or breaking news lands.
Advertising
We show ads through Google AdSense on the web and Google AdMob in our mobile apps. Google and its partners may use cookies or device identifiers to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads based on your activity across sites and apps.

Sportsbook links
Links to sportsbooks may be affiliate links, meaning we could earn a commission if you open an account. In some US states we deliberately use plain, untracked links instead. We never pass your personal information to a sportsbook — following a link simply takes you to their site, where their own privacy policy applies.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers that make the product work: Clerk (accounts), Supabase (database), PostHog (analytics), Google AdSense and AdMob (advertising), Expo (push notifications), Vercel and Railway (hosting), and an IP geolocation provider for the state lookup described above.
Sports data — scores, box scores, odds and weather — comes from third parties including ESPN, The Odds API and OpenWeather. Those requests are made by our servers and contain no information about you.
Your choices

Clear your saved parlays, scores and preferences by clearing site data in your browser, or app data on your device.

Turn off notifications in the app’s notification settings or your device settings.
•
Opt out of personalized ads through Google My Ad Center, linked above.
Children
Daily MVPs is intended for adults of legal betting age in their jurisdiction. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Daily MVPs after a change means you accept the updated policy.
